Hospitality is actually built around people, and learning to understand their needs is just as important as knowing how a hotel exactly operates. The right education can help you develop both, through classroom learning and practical experience, along with time spent in real hospitality settings.
So, if you’re also considering hotel management colleges in Delhi NCR, then this 2026 guide is perfect for you.
It compares 10 institutes across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurugram, covering course options, fees, practical training and internship opportunities in order to help you make a well-informed choice for your future.

Fee note: These are not perfectly like-for-like figures. Some institutions publish tuition only, while others include admissions, professional development, laboratory or even other charges. Hostel, food, examination fees, uniforms, travel and personal expenses may be additional.
We’ve not just copied a popular college list. Instead, we assessed institutes using 6 factors: academic recognition, practical learning, internship and industry exposure, placement evidence, fee value and clarity, and faculty/industry connection.
Practical learning received the highest combined importance because hotel management is an operational profession. We also considered whether a college provides meaningful exposure to actual hotel departments instead of relying only on classroom teaching.
Where placement numbers were self-reported by an institute, they have been presented as institute-reported figures rather than independent guarantees. Fees have been labelled with their source year where the latest 2026 amount could not be confirmed.
Best for: Students seeking practical hospitality training and industry exposure.
Established in 1997, Amazon Institute of Hotel Management (AIHM) in Noida offers a 3-year Bachelor in Hotel Management, a one-year Diploma in Hotel Management and international diploma pathways.
The institute emphasises hands-on learning through kitchens, mock hotel rooms, practical laboratories and restaurant training. Students learn key hotel operations, including food production, front office, housekeeping and food and beverage service.
AIHM reports around 95% placement, nearly 100% internship support, 50+ recruiting partners, and 15+ experienced mentors. It also highlights five-star hotel training, industry interactions, and scholarships of up to ₹50,000, subject to eligibility.
AIHM does not publish a fixed course-wise fee on its main public course pages. Contact the admissions team for the latest 2026 fees and a complete breakdown of additional charges.
Why consider AIHM? Its focus on practical training and hotel operations makes it worth exploring. Before enrolling, verify the qualification’s recognition, internship arrangements, placement records and total course cost.
Best for: Students looking for a long-established government hospitality institute and the NCHMCT route.
IHM Pusa is one of the government institutes in Delhi among Hotel Management colleges in Delhi. The College provides a 3-year Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc. HHA) program consisting of a blend of academic instruction, hands-on experience and industry exposure.
This program includes the main aspects of hotel operations, including food production, food and beverage service, front office and housekeeping. Its industrial-training system allows students to gain knowledge of the professional standards of the industry through the work environment of a hotel.
For the 2025–26 session, IHM Pusa reports that more than 60 companies visited the institute, offering over 100 positions at management and executive levels. These figures provide useful insight into recruitment activity, although students should also review the roles offered, salary packages and number of students placed.
Current education listings put the B.Sc. fee at approximately ₹4.15 lakh for the programme, while NCHMCT’s published fee guidance indicates that tuition varies among institutes and additional admission, examination, enrolment and other charges apply.
So, treat ₹4.15 lakh as an approximate current tuition reference, not an all-inclusive budget.
Admission follows the NCHMCT route, so students should understand the entrance-exam and counselling process rather than treating it like a simple direct-admission private college.
Best for: Students specifically interested in a BHMCT programme with a strong Delhi industry ecosystem.
BCIHMCT, Kalkaji B.Sc. (Bachelor) in Hotel Management & Catering Technology. The institute is AICTE-approved and is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
BHMCT structure covers the operational side of hospitality, including food production, food and beverage service, front office, and accommodation operations. The curriculum also includes industry internship requirements.
Another practical advantage is its location. A large hospitality market consisting of hotels and food-service businesses is available to students studying in South Delhi.
The institute’s placement documentation also shows recruitment activity with major hospitality companies. For example, its placement cell has published recruitment opportunities involving ITC Hotels.
Current listings put the tuition around ₹4.48 lakh, while total costs can be higher once university, security, hostel and other components are included. One current listing puts the broader BHMCT cost at around ₹5.7 lakh.
Do not compare the BCIHMCT figure directly with colleges that publish tuition only. Ask for the latest complete four-year fee schedule before making a financial comparison.
Best for: Students looking for a university-based BHM with comparatively low published academic fees.
The Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, has opened up applications for admission in ‘BHM’ (Self-Financed Regular Programs). The Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management:, Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) (Self-Financed Regular Programs), Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi is accepting applications for admission.
The program is a four-year course and can take up to 40 students. As per the information provided on the university’s website, the students of BHM have to undergo Industrial training and On the job training.
BHM training has also been highlighted in the Annual Reports of JMI in association with various hospitality industry organisations such as Radisson Blu, The Lalit, Eros Hotel, Shangri-La and others.
JMI’s 2025–26 university prospectus listed ₹37,710 per year for BHM.
If that annual fee remained unchanged, four years would be approximately ₹1.51 lakh, but students applying for 2026–27 should check the latest prospectus before using this figure for budgeting.
The biggest advantage here is the university environment and comparatively low published academic fee. However, students should look beyond tuition and ask about practical expenses, accommodation, food, transport and other costs.
Best for: Students interested in an international hospitality education model and global exposure.
Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School is an integral part of Sushant University, Gurugram and is affiliated to Vatel International.
Its BHM program is a combination of hospitality education with practical application, industry interaction, experiential learning, and international exposure. Students can also benefit from opportunities to learn the French language and for international internships.
The institution regularly organizes industry sessions, hotel visits, professional workshops, and activities related to hospitality. Its recent activities include meetings with Accor professionals, visits to hotels, and international internship experiences.
Sushant University’s official 2026 fee document gives a total BHM programme fee of ₹10 lakh for 2026–30.
The published structure includes:
Examination fees of ₹4,000 per semester are listed separately.
This is one of the more expensive options in the list. It makes more sense for students who specifically value the international Vatel ecosystem and associated practical exposure rather than simply looking for the lowest BHM fee.
Best for: Students who want a large private-university campus with a broad hospitality and corporate ecosystem.
Amity School of Hospitality offers a four-year Bachelor of Hotel Management at the Noida campus.
The programme covers areas including food production, food and beverage service, front office, housekeeping and hospitality operations. The university also promotes industry exposure and placement support through its hospitality school.
Its hospitality placement information lists recruiters and brands including Taj, Marriott, Hyatt, Oberoi, ITC, Hilton, Royal Caribbean and several other hospitality, airline and food-service organisations.
The current programme page lists a non-sponsored semester fee of ₹1.15 lakh for the first year. Using that figure as a simple reference gives roughly ₹9.2 lakh in tuition over four years, although students should obtain the current complete fee schedule because fee structures can change.
The overall cost is substantially higher than lower-fee university options such as JMI. Also, “placement assistance” or access to recruiters should not automatically be interpreted as a guaranteed job or salary.
Best for: Students who want multiple hospitality degree options within a large university campus.
Galgotias University’s School of Hospitality offers several programmes, including:
Its BHMCT is a four-year programme and requires Class 12 with at least 50% marks. The curriculum focuses on hospitality operations, communication, customer service and practical industry skills.
For BHMCT, the current published structure lists:
That puts the basic four-year cost at roughly ₹4.6 lakh before any later changes or additional applicable charges.
Galgotias offers several hospitality programmes, so make sure you are comparing the same qualification. A three-year B.Sc. Hotel Management and a four-year BHMCT should not be judged purely by their headline fees.
Best for: Students who want university-level BHM education with dedicated practical facilities.
SGT University’s School of Hotel & Tourism Management provides a four-year undergraduate programme in the field of Hotel Management (Hons.).
The university emphasizes hands-on training with its professional kitchens, training restaurant and bakery kitchen. The programme also comprises industrial training, workshops, industry interactions and hospitality related projects.
The curriculum covers areas such as:
The current programme page lists ₹95,000 per semester, or approximately ₹1.90 lakh per year.
That gives a four-year tuition reference of around ₹7.6 lakh, before considering any other applicable charges.
The practical infrastructure is a major part of the programme, but the overall cost is higher than several Delhi NCR alternatives. Students should compare the actual training hours and internship structure rather than infrastructure photos alone.
Best for: Students who want a BHM in Delhi with a relatively compact, industry-oriented learning environment.
Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences, Vasant Kunj-II: Three-Year Bachelor in Hotel Management course.
As per the latest education listing, the fee of BHM is around Rs 5.27 lakh. Students are advised to check the actual fee with JIMS for the year 2026 before taking admission.
Practical facilities such as training kitchens, housekeeping labs, food and beverage training areas, classrooms and library facilities are often mentioned in student feedback and current listings.
The student reviews on the institute also talk about internships and job placements with hospitality giants like Taj, Oberoi, ITC and Marriott. This is not a figure reported independently but rather a student reported placement figure.
The current fee is not among the lowest in Delhi NCR, and the campus is more compact than a large university campus. Students who want extensive university-wide facilities should compare the campus experience as well as the hospitality department.
Best for: Students looking for a specialised private hospitality institute with a strong practical orientation.
UEI Global has a dedicated hospitality focus rather than being only one department inside a large multi-disciplinary university.
Its Delhi/Rohini campus offers a three-year bachelor’s route in hospitality management along with diploma and other hospitality programmes.
The institute describes its learning model around classroom education, practical laboratories, industrial exposure and live industry internships.
Its programme range also includes international and culinary specialisations, giving students more flexibility if they are not interested in a conventional hotel-management pathway alone.
UEI Global does not currently display a reliable course-wise 2026 fee figure on the public programme page. Students should therefore request the latest written fee structure before comparing it with other colleges.
Do not select the institute only on the basis of its placement claims or ranking language. Ask for the current batch’s internship structure, placement list, salary range, course-wise fee and awarding university details.
There is no single answer for every Class 12 student. Your priorities can change the right shortlist.
If your priority is… | Colleges worth comparing |
Practical learning + internship support | AIHM, IHM Pusa, BCIHMCT |
Government/NCHMCT route | IHM Pusa |
Lower published academic fee | JMI |
International hospitality exposure | Vatel, Sushant University |
Large private university environment | Amity, Galgotias, SGT |
Delhi-based BHM | JMI, BCIHMCT, JIMS, UEI |
Noida/Greater Noida | AIHM, Amity, Galgotias |
Gurugram | Vatel/Sushant, SGT |
Multiple hospitality programme choices | AIHM, Galgotias, UEI |
The headline tuition fee is not always the final amount a family spends.
Depending on the college, your total budget may include:
This is why a ₹4 lakh course and a ₹5 lakh course cannot automatically be compared as “₹1 lakh difference”.
For example, Sushant University’s 2026 Vatel fee structure separates tuition from professional-development and laboratory/kitchen charges, while Galgotias publishes several separate annual and one-time components. This is exactly the kind of breakup parents should request before admission.
A college may teach the programme while another university or awarding body issues the final qualification.
Ask:
“Whose degree/certificate will I receive?”
Do not rely only on phrases such as “approved”, “recognised” or “international”.
A hotel management course should not be mostly theory.
Ask whether students regularly train in:
Find out:
Instead of asking only, “Do you provide placement?”, ask:
“How many students from the latest graduating batch were placed, in which roles, with which companies and at what salary range?”
That gives you much more useful information.
Ask for the total cost for the complete course, including charges that may not appear in the headline tuition.
For hotel management, a campus visit can tell you things a brochure cannot.
Look at the:
Also ask current students how frequently they actually use these facilities.
A BHM is mostly suitable for students who have finished Class 12, and are aiming for a full-length undergraduate course with more practical and academic exposure.
A diploma may make sense for students who are looking to enter the hospitality industry in a shorter timeframe with an emphasis on skills, or those with varying educational needs.
It really is a matter of what you are trying to achieve in the long-term. When considering advancement and supervisory/management positions or higher mobility in your job, take great care to compare the less time-intensive program to the degree option.
If you are still confused after comparing 10 colleges, reduce your options to three or four and visit them.
For example:
Practical, career-focused route: AIHM / IHM Pusa / BCIHMCT
Lower academic-fee option: JMI
International exposure: Vatel at Sushant University
Large private-university environment: Amity / Galgotias / SGT
The important thing is not to choose a college simply because a website calls it “No. 1”. Look at what you will actually receive during the three or four years of study.
If AIHM is on your shortlist, students and parents can also request the latest course-wise fee structure, discuss eligibility and career options with the admissions team, and visit the Noida campus before making a decision.
There is no single best college for everyone. In this comparison, AIHM Noida ranks #1 for its practical training, internship support, industry exposure and career-focused learning. However, IHM Pusa, BCIHMCT, JMI and Vatel may suit students with different priorities such as lower fees, the NCHMCT route or international exposure.
Hotel management course fees in Delhi NCR vary widely depending on the college, course duration and fee structure. Published fees can range from around ₹1.5 lakh for some lower-fee university programmes to ₹8–10 lakh or more for premium private programmes. Some colleges quote tuition fees separately, while others include examination, laboratory, professional-development or other charges. Hostel, food, uniform and other personal expenses may also be additional. Students should always check the latest complete fee breakup before admission.
After Class 12, students can choose from programmes such as BHM, BHMCT and B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration, depending on their career goals. A BHM provides broad education in hotel and hospitality management, while BHMCT combines hotel management with catering and food-service operations. Students should compare the degree or awarding body, practical training, internship opportunities, course duration and fees before choosing a programme.
AIHM Noida offers a three-year Bachelor in Hotel Management for students who have completed Class 12. The programme combines classroom learning with practical training in areas such as food production, food and beverage service, front office, housekeeping and hospitality management. AIHM also provides internship support, industry exposure and career-focused training. Students considering AIHM should compare the latest fee structure, eligibility, internship opportunities and programme details with their other shortlisted colleges before making a final decision.
Before applying for hotel management admission, students should check the eligibility requirements, course duration, admission process, awarding university or body, complete fee structure, internship opportunities and placement support. They should also confirm practical training facilities and additional costs such as examination fees, uniforms, culinary kits, hostel and food. Always verify the latest admission details directly with the college before making a payment.
